Having "lots of fun" on these beautiful beaches since 1974, when Paul discovered the Outer Banks and catamaran sailing, he knew this was the place he wanted to live and enjoy this great beach lifestyle! During the summers of his college days, Paul was fortunate to enjoy the abundance of this area's watersports, while living close to the ocean, with its playful surf and comforting ways. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, he then gained valuable real estate experience with careers as an "Insurance Estimator of Replacement Cost Construction on Residential Property"; "Commission Appraisal Staff to Review County Assessed Values of Residential Property"; and "Business Ownership of Resort Rentals". Paul soon made his move to the Outer Banks in 1988 and went into real estate, providing excellent results for sellers and buyers.
